KUALA LUMPUR:

Outgoing United States Ambassador to Malaysia Edgard Kagan said he will leave Kuala Lumpur confident that bilateral ties are stronger and more resilient than when he arrived, citing expanded trade, investment, security and people-to-people cooperation during his tenure.
